Passenger Rules
- Seatbelts must be worn where available
- No smoking, eating, or drinking in taxis
- Stay seated while the vehicle is moving
- Keep body parts inside the vehicle at all times
- Special travel requests must be agreed on with the driver
- Bookings can be cancelled if the behavior is unsafe, threatening, or illegal
- Drivers can remove unruly passengers if needed, and police may be called in serious cases
- We’re not responsible for lost items. Lost property will be held at our office and must be collected by appointment
- Quotes are valid for 28 days and may change after that
- Changes to bookings may result in extra fees
- Account payments are due within 7 days of the invoice
- If booking details change, let us know ASAP
- The person making the booking is responsible for full payment and any damage caused during the trip
- Full payment is due within 7 days unless otherwise arranged
Deposits, Bonds & Waiting Time
- Deposits are refundable if the booking is cancelled more than 7 days before travel
- The deposit becomes the bond on travel day
- If the driver waits over 15 minutes, extra charges may apply (charged in 30-minute blocks)
Cancellation Policy
- Cancel more than 3 days before = No charge
- Cancel between 3 days and 24 hours = 50% charge
- Cancel less than 24 hours = 100% charge
Limitations
Perth Airport Taxi Booking is not liable for any damages resulting from the use of the site or service interruptions, including loss of data or profits. Some legal areas may not allow such limits, so this may not apply to everyone.
